Dance Ministry “Dancers for Christ”

LaTrice Johnson is a Baltimore native who has taught and coached dance for 20 years at her church (Cherry Hill UMC), several Baltimore City recreational centers, and various elementary, middle, and high schools. Under the instruction of Deve Christian School of Dance, Experimental Movement Concepts, Ava Fields Dance Ministry, T.W.l.G.S. (Baltimore School for the Arts), Jean Ketell Studio of Dance, and Lori Goodman (Western High School), she is well-versed in several dance styles including liturgical dance. Her experience in dance includes choreography, emoting, developing technique, and creative direction. She has 30 years of experience in dance ministry and 22 years of experience as a dance ministry leader. Her current specific areas of development are praise & worship, dance ministry, workshop facilitation, and choreography.  Rehearsals are on Saturdays at 2:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
